How Their Photos Become a Storybook
Every Blossom Reads story recipe uses their photos to create a recognisable illustrated main character. The photos guide the art. They are not pasted onto the pages.
From Reference Photos to Illustrated Pages
-
Start with Clear Photos
One clear photo is required. Three or more head-and-shoulders photos usually give the illustration process more useful reference.
-
Build One Recognisable Character
We use their appearance as reference while their name, age and your answers shape the character, words and scenes.
-
Review the Whole Book
Choose from cover and page options, check the full digital proof and request changes before anything is printed.
The Story Is Still the Choice
Photos are part of every Blossom Reads book, so they are not a separate book type. Choose the story recipe by the moment, interest or adventure they will want to read again.
Using Photos in Their Book
Does the book place a photo on every page?
No. The photos guide a consistent illustrated character. The finished pages are storybook scenes, not pasted photographs.
Can other people or pets appear in the book?
Yes, when the chosen story recipe supports them. Its questions show which people, pets and relationships can shape that story.
What if an illustration does not look right?
You review the digital proof and can request changes before print. If the final result is not right, you can get a full refund.
