We use them only to create your child's illustrations. Photos are encrypted, access is limited to our team supporting your order, and they're deleted when no longer needed. Everything runs on our own systems so photos are never shared with third parties. We comply with GDPR and you can request deletion at any time.

You'll approve a digital preview before we print. Request any changes and our specialists refine the story and illustrations until it's right, or we'll refund. If the printed book arrives with any personalization or print issue, we'll reprint or refund straight away.
